We are in the process of developing a Natural Resource Inventory. This document, along with its online GIS viewer, will be beneficial for natural resource protection providing the Town with background, vision, and tools necessary to maximize natural resource preservation for future generations.
This project is funded with a NYSDEC grant that was applied for by our Town’s Climate Smart Task Force. The Town will be in need of photos of the fantastic natural resources that exist here within our boundaries. If you would like to submit photos for consideration of use in the final document please feel free to send them along. This project will be ongoing for a while so we can catch different seasons. There will be public meetings in the near future, please try to attend.
