The Cornell Cooperative Extension for Columbia & Greene Counties is holding a Crockpot Cooking Class at the Stuyvesant Town Hall. On Wednesday, January 28th there will be a class at 2pm and another class at 4pm. You will learn to make Vegetable Lentil Soup and will go home with a free crockpot (one per family).
